HIST 692 - Comprehensive Exam Review Units: 1-6 Selected readings in consultation with two faculty members in preparation for the Master’s Comprehensive Written Examination in history. The reading list and the exams must be consistent with the student’s areas of concentration and approved by the faculty mentors.
Prerequisites: Completion of GE Area 2 (GE Area B4 for students on the 2024-25 or earlier catalogs). Repeatability: May be repeated for credit, with department consent, for a total of 6 units. Possible Instructional Methods: On-ground. Grading: A-F grading only. Student Learning Outcomes - Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to: Be prepared for written comprehensive exams in two fields under faculty supervisors.
